[18:59, 25/08/2023] +234 802 313 3863: Idumu-Osume Quarters of Ubulu-Uku on Friday received an avalanche of political associates of Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike, the Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area.
The contingent was on hand to grace the burial ceremony of Late Mr. Charles Ogochukwu Ojei.
The deceased was an elder brother of Comrade Victor Ojei, popularly known as Wong Box.
Receiving the group codenamed Team JC, Comrade Ojei, a Senior Special Assistant to the Governor Sheriff Oborevwori on Civil Societies and NGOs, expressed delight over the sacrifice of the people towards his family in time of distress.
“I’m grateful to receive you into our family residence. Our people do say that he who has people is greater than he who has money. Having all of you here shows that I am great. Thank you for coming from far and near to condole my family”, Ojei said.
The contingent led by Chukwunwike’s Special Assistant, Mr. John Odiaka, in company of Councilors from various communities, said that they were sent by the council chairman to condole the bereaved family.
“The loss of a brother is indeed painful but we want you to know that it is not over. Even in mourning, we should know that there is still a lot that lies ahead for the living. The journey of life continues”, Odiaka said.
The followers of Chukwunwike advised that the best way to immortalize the dead is to passionately continue those tasks he left unfinished.
“We are here to pay our condolence on behalf of Aniocha South Local Government Area, the Executive Chairman, Hon. Jude Chukwunwike. The son of the soil sent us. He would have loved to come with us if not for his busy schedule”, Odiaka said.

“Not everyone in position of authority knows how to honour the people’s request but Hon. Pastor Jude Chukwunwike has over time honoured me, that’s why I must honour him”.
With this words, Hon. Pascal Adigwe on Friday welcomed representatives of the Executive Chairman of Aniocha South Local Government Area, to the traditional wedding ceremony of his younger brother, Mr. Godfrey Lord-Michael Adigwe at Ogwashi-Uku.
According to the Deputy National organizing secretary of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) who served at the National Assembly as member representing Aniocha-Oshimili Federal Constituency, Chukwunwike has done well in bringing true governance to the people.
